Refund policy

DRIVVN runs limited pre-order drops.

Before dispatch: cancel any order for a full refund at any point before it ships. Email jordandantes58@gmail.com with your order number.

After delivery: 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange, garment unworn, unwashed, tags attached. Because every piece is printed to order, refunds apply to defective or transit-damaged items — send a photo and we'll replace or refund, your choice.

Sizing: if the fit is wrong, exchange within 7 days of delivery (subject to drop stock). Check the size chart before ordering — our pieces run oversized by design.

Refunds go back to your original payment method (PayPal) within 5-10 business days.
